1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only on eligible products as per the conditions below.
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Opened, used or partially used products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling or storage.
- Sale, discounted or promotional offer products.
- Gift cards and digital products.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will verify and process a replacement or refund as per eligibility.
4. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- For prepaid orders, refund will be initiated as per our refund process.
5. Refund Process
- Once your request is approved, the refund will be initiated.
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Payment Gateway (Razorpay)
- All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- We do not store your card, UPI or banking details.
- Refunds for online payments are initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer or store credit after verification.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your bank or payment provider.
