2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. No minimum purchase amount is required.
4. Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post, and other reputed logistics providers. A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via SMS or Email to monitor your shipment.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or not delivered within the expected time, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing the order. We are not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
10. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product. We will arrange a suitable resolution after verification.
